Herbed Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce(s) cheese, goat cheese, crumbled, reduced fat
  • 2 teaspoon oil, olive
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, fat-free plain
  • 1/3 cup(s) parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon thyme, fresh, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon mint, fresh, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, black, to taste
  • celery, or other raw vegetables for dipping

Preparation

Put the cheese, yogurt, and oil in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the herbs, season with salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.

Serve chilled with vegetables for dipping.

Makes 3/4 cup

Serving size: 3 tablespoons
