Herbed Goat Cheese Dip

celery, or other raw vegetables for dipping
Preparation
Put the cheese, yogurt, and oil in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the herbs, season with salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
Serve chilled with vegetables for dipping.
Makes 3/4 cup
